阿齐姆加入韦德游戏3个月, 完成许多单独的工作，并为多个正在进行的项目做出贡献. 实习快结束的时候, 随着新冠肺炎疫情在韦德游戏地区的蔓延，他不得不转向虚拟实习. 韦德游戏邀请Azim谈谈他对韦德游戏实习项目的期望和经历.

1.    你最喜欢韦德游戏实习项目的哪一点?

The 韦德游戏 实习 Programme provides opportunities for me to improve not only the existing intrapersonal and intercultural skills but also creativity in designing and approaches to problem solving.

2.    你最不喜欢韦德游戏实习项目的哪一点?

在家工作, 尽管由于COVID-19的情况，这是不可避免的, 实习计划中唯一不愉快的部分是什么.

3.    你认为整个课程是否达到了你的预期，如何达到的?

The overall programme is beyond my expectations as I am allowed to help colleagues and the staff to coordinate and draft work for more than one thematic network, hence broadening management and coordination skills and knowledge in which I find it very valuable for my future career prospects.

4.    你从这个项目中学到的最好的经验是什么?

最好的体验肯定是在家工作，即使我不那么喜欢它. 它教会了我在虚拟环境中管理时间的技巧, 这和在办公室里管理时间是完全不同的体验吗. 这让我能够管理好与家人相处之余的时间, 家务, 家庭琐事和实习项目的任务.  这让我注意到，对于相同的工作量, 我发现在办公室比在家里更容易管理.

5.    对澳大实习生计划有何改进建议?

整个实习经历很棒! 至于我的整个虚拟实习经历, I believe it would be a nice addition for the staff to call or video call the interns before proceeding with the assignment like what Amy (韦德游戏 Senior Programme Officer) did before for the CHED course specification project. 我个人认为口头解释对我完成作业最有帮助.
